PMMVY Status Check

Follow this guide to check your application status, understand every status code, and fix a stuck or delayed application.

Check Status via Citizen Login

1
Open the official PMMVY portal
Go to pmmvy.wcd.gov.in — tap to see details

Open Chrome or Firefox and go to pmmvy.wcd.gov.in. Do not use old URLs like pmmvy.nic.in — always use the current address directly for reliability.

Open PMMVY Portal →
2
Click Citizen Login
Enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and OTP

Tap Citizen Login on the homepage. Enter the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar card. Tap Send OTP. Enter the 6-digit code within 5 minutes.

OTP not arriving? Check your Aadhaar-linked number is correct. Wait 2 minutes then tap Resend OTP.

3
Open Application Status on your dashboard
See current stage, action dates, and payment status

After login, go to Application Status or My Applications. Your application shows the current stage, the date of each action taken, and installment payment statuses.

Note your Application ID — you will need it for any helpline call or CPGRAMS complaint.

4
Check Payment Details for each installment
See release dates, amounts, and transaction references

Go to Payment Details or Installment Status. Each installment shows Status, Release Date, Amount, and Transaction Reference Number.

Cross-check the release date with your bank statement. If the portal shows Released but your bank shows nothing after 7 banking days — see the escalation section below.

Check Status by Aadhaar Number

1
Go to pmmvy.wcd.gov.in
Open the portal homepage

Open pmmvy.wcd.gov.in in Chrome. Look for Beneficiary Status, Track Application, or Check Status by Aadhaar on the homepage or navigation menu.

Open PMMVY Portal →
2
Enter your Aadhaar and mobile number
No full login required in most states

Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and the registered mobile number. Submit to view your application status, AWC details, and installment records.

Not available? This public lookup is not enabled in all states. Use Method 1 (full login) if you don’t see this option.

Check Status at Your Anganwadi Centre

1
Visit your Anganwadi centre
The centre where you registered your pregnancy

Carry your Aadhaar card and MCP card. Ask the AWW to look up your beneficiary record in the official AWW portal login. The AWW can see your full application stage, missing conditions, and any pending actions on their end.

2
Ask AWW to verify and forward if stuck
AWW can take direct action on stuck applications

If your application is stuck at AWW Verification, the AWW can log in and approve it during your visit. This is the fastest resolution for stuck applications — faster than calling the helpline or filing a CPGRAMS complaint.
